Had a very first and second cycles but just ended first week of third cycle FCR. The hospital part where I got
the infusion of Rituxab went fine on Monday, but have been feeling much more tired and weak this time during this first week. Also nausea, but no sickness. Haven't had that previously.
Also less interested in food and a headache when I look from side
to side,or up and down, without moving my head.
Checked temp and pulse: 36.7 and 72 respectively.
Finished the chemo tablets yesterday but wondering if it's okay to take something for the headache when it's so soon after the chemo.
Best wishes to all!

Yes. Take some paracetamol. Are you taking enough liquid in? This need is for 7 days not 5.
Mention your nausea at the next clinic meeting as the dose might need adjusting. That may be affecting your appetite. But see how the next 2 weeks go and if any worry phone that number on the chemo contact card.
Remember that the first 2 weeks of any cycle you are full of some pretty powerful and toxic drugs. Last 2 weeks the body recovers.
The tiredness can alter in different cycles. Listen to your body and nap if needed.
You are taking your temperature. good.
You do not have to suffer on FCR. Nearly half way. Well done!
Thanks so much for your reply. Have now phoned the chemo help number and they were very helpful. Have also had a nap. Told me to take paracetamol and call them again if that doesn't resolve it.
Have possibly relaxed a bit on the water, will rectify straight away.
