I know there are some here who have expressed an interest in this subject so I thought I would share this article that I came across.
"New research has confirmed that cannabinoids -- the active chemicals in cannabis -- are effective in killing leukemia cells, particularly when used in combination with chemotherapy treatments."
Exactly, which is why I didn't report it Also note that the positive effect was in combination with chemotherapy. Not only that, but the effect was found to be reliant on careful sequencing of the respective agents.
This is very far removed from what some members have been promoting - the use of cannabinoids as effective monotherapy, for which there is no scientific evidence with CLL that I am aware of.
