Meeting with a BMT consultant yesterday. Nice chap. Laid it all on the line warts and all.
6-9 months for the Ibutrinin to do it's job then in for BMT.
Good news is that I will only be in 4 weeks and can more or less choose when it's best for me to start.
Sisters tissue is done, mine is not ready but should know by end of the week. If no match then they go to the 25 million global database which will take about 3 months.
Lots of drugs after BMT and 13 weeks of weekly visits to hospital.
There are risks of course but more to loose by not doing this.

WBC rocketed up so joined FLAIR trial but they missed that I had p53 missing. Luckily ibrutinib had been randomised for me so will remain on that until WBC back down and then have the transplant
