San Diego 2015 CRC – BCRF Patient Meeting Videos

Late last month, the CLL Research Consortium and the Blood Cancer Research Fund, hosted a patient education and empowerment meeting at UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center, in La Jolla, California.

All I can say is watch the videos from the clinical trials latest from Gribben, Kipps, Castro, Jones, Wierda et al - lots to be excited about. I was so pleased I was there. Thanks to Brian Koffman, Laura Cleveland and the LLS for organising such a great conference for patients.

Deb, thanks for your tips.

For those that (like me) have a poor internet connection and/or a low data allowance, it may be possible to add an extension to your browser to download a lower resolution version of the videos. I've added the extension "1-Click YouTube Video Downloader" to Firefox and I'm able to choose a video format designed for mobile phones that only uses 5% of the data requirement of the posted video. I can't read the slides, but I'm able to listen to the presenter, which is almost as good as having a transcript.
