Season 3 opener of VICE my favorite TV program on HBO. Set your DVR to record this program every Friday night.

In this episode, in simple English that most of us can understand, they interviewed some of the most renowned doctors and scientist who trying to win the battle against cancer and find cures without using toxic chemo. The last part of the episode talked about many leukemia which is of great interest to us. Many good and encouraging news. If I could understand it correctly, they are talking about cure for many different types of leukemias within the next five years.

I highly recommend watching this program to everyone.

Here is a talk given a week ago by a researcher at Fred Hutch, working on a number of targets of CARs immunotherapy... that was touched upon in the Vice piece. Many research institutions and companies are working on similar projects...
