Ibrutinib and surgery

Has anybody on Ibrutinib had to face surgery?? We are told to stop three days prior and stay off for 7 days, but has anybody had any bleeding issues? my husband's surgery December 11th is for right neck dissection for removal of all lymph glands at right-hand side having discovered a malignant cluster of lumps. thankyou hw
