I had CABG in 2009 due to stent closing up and causing MI. Still here, but have low blood pressure episodes/ vasovagal episodes/ presyncope.

Pre stent, I felt physically well even though my LAD was 90% blocked. I have had several 24 hour and 2x3 day cardiac monitors and heart apparently fine. Ejection fraction 65%, so few problems there. I also developed stomach/bowel problems post op. and this seems to be associated with the presyncopes. I take plavix, lipitor,ranitidine and bisoprolol (1.25mg) daily. Cardiologist says all ok, but I never feel physically great due to the above. Should I be concerned? Got CABG when I was 52, am female and had no risk factors before this.

If you are taking bisoprolol in the mornings, try taking before bed
