Stents
If I may suggest, have another check up with your doctor and watch out for the meds you are taking.
May be you need medication review?
When was the last time you visited the heart clinic, cardiologist, blood test and medication review?
Some heart medication can give problems, this is what my brother found out after stent, the cardiologist changed the medication and dosage.
Go to your doctor. Meds probably as others have said. You say you are "still" tired does that mean you were tired befire your stents. If so could be another unrelated problem.
You have not provided sufficient information about yourself for anybody to be able to provide a reasonable comment. I don't know what a horse has to do with your heart condition. 'Keeping fit' can mean different things to different people.
A heart attack implies part of your heart muscle dies, so your heart's ability to function is limited. Has your doctor quantified the degree of damage and given you an exercise regimen?
Getting tired may be a function of your diet, your heart muscle damage, or narrowed arteries due to plaque accumulation.
You need to get a series of tests done to determine your current medical status. Then discuss next steps with your physician.
I had a triple bypass in 2015 and have since changed my lifestyle by exercising daily and adopting a plant-based diet. I came off of all medications in October 2016 and now have excellent blood chemistry results and feel great.
