Trustworthy guidance on diet

I am delighted to have found this recent evidence based book on the science behind what we eat and think others here might appreciate it too. The vast amount of rubbish written everywhere is so bewildering as we struggle to understand what is known about how to eat healthily. It would be great to know what others think. And no, I am nothing to do with the author or publisher. This man is a proper scientist and funny too!
