Stopped taking my cholesterol ::

Thanks for all your reply,s l will be trying a lot of different things and hoping it will work and keep my cholesterol down l was 8 then it went up to 9 the last one was 7.2 Triglyceride 1.0 HDL cholesterol 1.82 LDL cholesterol 4.9 Total /HDL chol ratio 4.0

I was waking up at night and going to the toilet a couple of times a night and now l sleep a lot better and not getting up in the night, hopfully l cankeep my cholesterol down

Please go for a blood glucose test, you can do this in supermarket and it is free, this is just to make sure!

(I was waking up at night and going to the toilet a couple of times a night and now l sleep a lot better and not getting up in the night.)

Cholesterol numbers and BG numbers do vary with age.
