microneedling and dermabrasion for scarring / discolouration

Since December, I've done three rounds of microneedling(IMS treatment). In a plastic surgeon's office, I got it done. As of now, I can tell a tremendous difference. I was advised to try five rounds; at this point, I'm debating whether or not I want to continue. I'm aware that some locations provide it with PRP, but I'm not sure if it would make a difference. It takes some time for microneedling's full effects to manifest. For at least three days, you cannot wear makeup and your face is red and has a rough texture.
