Hi, I have a lot of tissue loss and asymmetry on my nose after a very long time ago getting elective surgery, a rhinoplasty which was done very badly.
Bing, GPT, Grok all suggested a small prosthetic could be a no risk solution, especially since the problem relates to too much tissue loss on the tip of my nose area
Searches on GPTs have recommended CM Prosthetics and South East Essex Prosthetics (SEE Prosthetics)
I’ve been told that no prosthetic looks 100% real under scrutiny but I’m not concerned by that, as I’ll just say what it is and why, if asked. Rather I’m looking for as close as possible from someone in the uk
Can you guys recommend places at all? Thanks a lot

Wow that looks great, and very natural. I certainly have more colour difference on my nose where the surgery removed too much tissue - it’s a redder colour - and also that red is in an unnatural shape of a triangle with straight edges. So it might be that seeing some difference from a prosthesis is not more prominent.
Do people notice and ask about yours? Do you care?
I don’t think I’ll care unless the prosthesis looked bad. If it’s good but somewhat noticeable & someone asks I’ll just tell them what happened.
I’m really pleased you’ve had a great result! How long did your favourite one last in the end?
Most people don't notice unless they are told about it. I get new ones made from time to time as they tend to fade and become a bit loose. I always have a few spares too. The technician is very particular when matching colour. I realise I've not answered your question with regard to a private expert, but have just shown what the NHS is capable of.
That’s really helpful information though thanks. Most people not noticing is good enough for me, to correct and improve the stuff I’ve got. Thanks for helping out
