I am looking for help in distinguished chronic back pain and an angina episode.I would be most grateful for anyone's input regarding this issue.

It may not seem a big problem & I am grateful that I have a gtn spray to use, but don't want to use it when its not necessary.

I have only just seen your post and my reply may be totally inappropriate for your needs but my friend (74) and myself (69) have been going to our local gym and under guidance from a personal trainer we’re lifting weights and doing gentle exercise. My friend broke her rib back in the summer and her GP advised her to go to a gym I’ve had lower back pain all my adult life . Both of us are now pain free and getting fitter and stronger as we age . As my daughter says Life is heavy so go and get strong. You’re never too old and it’s never too late . Good luck
