I've chosen Bob Dylan as my inspiration for today and his song 'Forever Young'. It's always been one of my favourites, and I've always imagined his song was intended to be about remaining young in mind and heart and that's a wonderful goal for anyone.

Kinda what we used to mean when we proudly sang, (our tummy's puffed with pride) 'Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam.. I'll be a sunbeam for him.'

Being a light in the world and showing up every day to be the real you.

You don't need religeon to understand the power of being a light. Don't we all love to see lights shining?
