Consultants visit

Just before Christmas I visited my consultant for my 6 monthly check up. Having spoken to a number of his colleagues it has been decided to keep me on 125mg of Azathioprine for a total of 5 years. Having already been on them for 18 months the thoughts are there is a 90% chance of a flair up and then starting again on steroids. As I have been lucky not to have had any side effects on these tablets the suggestion is fine with me. I will still continue to have my 2 monthly blood tests to check my liver function.
