well done on taking good responsibilty for your health. I dont know if its any good to you but i'v read and heard a lot about cinnamon and also that its helped get people with type 2 diabetes get of all the medication as it seems to regulate blood sugar. I saw a programme on television about a yound boy heading down the road of type 2 diabetes and he was putting on more and more wieght. The doctor adivsed him to eat from the rainbow diet and also to use stewed apples with cinnamon in them every day. i buy to bags or organic apples and stew them. they keep for a week in the fridge. i put them in my cereal and also some cinnamon. i will post the pic of the rainbow foods and also the cinnamon. its always good to check those things out for yourself to and do some research as i never take anyones word really and i always check things thourougly. love grace xoxoxo
just forgot to say that the reason for the apples being stewed is that the doctor said they had many more vitamins in them.i hope this is helpfull to you.
Hi I was exactly the same Nash type 2 diabetes overweight by about 4 St. I waited 7 months for a transplant. When I had this 2 yrs ago all was not straightforward but now I've lost about 2 St, and do not take any medication for the diabetes. Liver doing really well so have hope as you get better so does everything. Sure my diabetes was a complication of poor diet and beating too heavy so keep thinking fit and you'll get there .
