Normal ultrasound sound but liver parameters elevated

Two days ago my abdominal ultrasound results came normal. Liver, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, gallbladder are normal but my AST,Alt, Bilirubin,INR, are high and platelets and Albumin are low,what does it mean. Please someone can explain me.
