Normal ultrasound sound but liver parameters elevated

Hi FLDsa, welcome.
You described receiving your abdominal ultrasound results, however, I wondered; have you got a follow up appointment scheduled with your healthcare professional?
(That would be the best and safest way to navigate any medical results).
Within our community forum, we cannot try to diagnose each other. Rather, we try to support each other along our respective liver health journeys.
It is good to hear so many of your test results came back confirmed as normal. The items you listed as high / low would usually be topics people discuss with their Doctor.
Following your conversation with your Doctor / once any diagnosis has been confirmed by any subsequent investigation(s), if your Doctor deems it necessary, we are all here to be supportive - based upon our lived experience (as fellow Patients / Carers / Friends and Family).
Best wishes.
