Liver nodules

Hello. Just wanting to see if anyone's had similar. My brother has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer... they say its a genetic mutation from a certain gene which causes paraganglioma... my mum died from paraganglioma cancer when I was small. So I had a ct scan recently to check myself over and they found 5 liver nodules... it says they could not tell if they were a reflection on haemangiomas but a differential diagnoses would be metastatic deposits because of their multiplication... everything else from abdomen to breath looked fine other than a cyst in my ovary which they were not too concerned about. The biggest nodule was 2.5cm and am now waiting for an mri... I am freaking out I am 31 with 2 children. I also have hashimotos, addisons disease and sjogrens syndrome I was wondering if these autoimmune conditions could be causing nodules and just pray it's not cancer! Thanks for reading
