Stomach vein

I was moved to Canada blind, for my husbands job, and didn’t cope well at all. I had a psychotic episode and ended up taking paracetamol, something I said I’d never ever do. The doctor didn’t give me the antidote even though I was critical ahd there at four hours. I regret so deeply what I did. It’s ruined my and my families life.

I was quite well after recovering for two months, then suddenly went down with gastric problems, nausea, constipation etc.

Then that cleared and a stomach vein from my rib cage to my navel came up.

I’m in pieces. I think I have portal hypertension. Doppler ultrasounds are clear, say portal vein fine and liver smooth.

But reading in-line there’s nothing else it can be?

Anyone else has a stomach vein and what should I do?

Thank you so much
