Hi I have compensated liver cirrhosis and doing well overall but sometimes struggle with sleeping. I have discussed this with my consultant and he has ruled out HE. I was prescribed a short course of sleeping tablets which I only take if I am really shattered and need a nights sleep. But I have been looking into getting a weighted blanket and just wondered if this has worked for anyone else, and are there any contraindications for someone with liver disease using one of these. Thanks
