Hi 👋,First of all mant thanks for your continuous support. Without this forum I would have been lost. As I have shared in my previous post that I am diagnosed with severe fatty liver in January 2024. I have made lifestyle changes and lost nearly 13 kg of weight. I am burning nearly 900 calories per day through exercise and walking. I am on 1800 calories diet plan. My question is do you count what you eat? I am using 50gm of mixed nuts in a day. Is it OK? How much fat (extra virgin olive oil is ok) I am using a table spoon per day? 150hm of fat free greek yourt and nearly 250ml of skimmed milk.
Please advise

Well done on the changes you’ve made which are amazing, I can’t comment regarding your questions, you’d be better off speaking to a dietician or nutritionist as each person’s needs are going to be different. But I’d like to just say again well done you, keep it up and take care.
I'm type 2 diabetic and cirrhosis due to too much indulgence with alcohol what you are doing sounds great my suggestion would be to look at doing a low carb diet plan, plenty advice on Diabetes UK site which allows for more fat in your diet and not fat free products this works for me as recently discussed with dietician plenty of protein eggs, nuts, peanut butter etc. and with your health regime I see no issues but worth while seeing your own dietician for best eating regime.
