hey all,

My mum continues to fight, and I’m determined not to let her give in to this awful illness.

she’s agreed to make a good effort with food, and the NHS dietician isn’t going to be able to see her until mid Feb earliest.

what should she be doing? I previously thought it was low carb, med diet type stuff, but at most recent appt the specialist told mum she needs to eat lots of carbs to keep her liver fed. I don’t want to make her sicker, but I also want to help her understand.

Ive already managed to double her water intake, and she agrees she’s feeling better, despite her ‘daydreams’ still being very prominent (she hates it being described as confusion or anything else)
