I would look at what you are eating. A year after I was diagnosed with liver disease I had the worst gas and bloating in my life. It was very uncomfortable. I’m not exaggerating when I say I was passing gas in such a way that it sounded like I was practicing a trumpet all day every day. Come to find out the diet change evolved into me consuming too much soluble fiber. Reducing that, consuming more insolvable fiber, and taking a probiotic reduced my gas by 95%. Obviously consult your doctor like I did because your gut health is extremely important.

You know I am going to jump in and agree with you 💯 push through. 😁 I had the same digestive issues - nausea, gas… I thought I had IBS or reflux. Plus aches - same….

Gut health and problems go hand in hand with liver disease. They both promote one another. Cut out the causative agent for the liver disease and heal the gut at the same time.

At first I ate food that is somewhat easy to digest until my digestive system improved, and then gradually introduced more complex fibrous foods. Alcohol can affect and reduce the variety of bacteria in the gut. If it is from alcohol, cut out the alcohol. Pro and prebiotic foods mixed into the diet can help heal and protect the gut.

Now I can eat anything without worries regarding digestion.

You can do it. You’ll feel so much better. 😊
