Developed a range of symptoms 9 months ago after consuming huge amounts of alcohol for about a year.
RUQ pain, red/burning hands, fatigue/weakness, mild forgetfulness, anxiety, sleep disturbances, strange taste in mouth, terrible skin and dandruff, reactions to food, lung irritation etc
Have had blood tests repeated a number of times. Dr says the results are impeccable. No evidence of liver damage. Fibroscan normal. Ultrasound normal x 2.
The symptoms are getting worse and of course I am stressing.
Wondering where to go from here.

You're incredibly lucky to have such good clinical results. Focus on this instead of your symptoms (which are quite vague and not necessarily specific to Liver trouble).Lucky you to realise so quickly the damage alcohol and toxins can do. Give yourself a pat on the back and use this life experience to an advantage. Look after your body, focus on a healthy balanced diet and get fit - it's the best way to apologise to your Liver for what you put it through! I'm pretty sure most of the symptoms you list will vanish as you focus on this new lifestyle. Wishing you all the best....
Give clean living a shot for a year and your symptoms might go away. You might have alcoholic hepatitis and not cirrhosis. Google that and look it up. It can lessen or in some cases go away. Please note that I am NOT a doctor and this is not medical advice, but people have posted similar cases on this board in the past few years. From now on - clean living - let's see how that goes. Of course I am just an internet knucklehead, always listen to your doctor or the nurses at the British Trust and not someone like me. Good luck!
I do understand why you're stressing. And of course you do need to keep emphasising ongoing symptoms to your doctor(s).
However while you shouldn't ignore what's happening I reckon it is indeed possible to feel absolutely lousy on a daily basis due to self-neglect, anxiety, addictions past or present etc. It's like the body has its own time frame that doesn't necessarily match our expectations.
If you have now given up alcohol and are trying to treat your bod with respect then give yourself a massive pat on the back every day. Keep reporting issues to the medics but also work on congratulating yourself on what you've achieved and maximising your health with exercise or whatever has been recommended.
