I mentioned before my wife passed away in Jan 2023 due to renal failure. The One Doctor continues to argue she had decompensated cirrhosis.

Her last LFTs were really good, actually beyond AST that bounced around when she got sepsis. They remained within a few points of the levels below.

Her INR fluctuated between 1 and a high of 1.6 although they had her on anticoagulants.

Does this look like Decompensated Cirrhosis?
