My nan had suffered some liver issues due to taking an anti biotic. Alot of scans and tests later a biopsy revealed vanishing bile duct syndrome and a 70% functioning liver.
She has now been put on UDCA tablets which have made her very ill.
What if she isn't able to take the tablets? I just like to know the facts here either way thanks.
