Elevated liver enzymes

Hello everyone! I have liver disease (honestly I am still not sure if it is cirrhosis or not yet) for years but it is under control. AST, ALT and ALP were always a little elevated, but not too much and my doctor told me that there was nothing to worry. I am having blood tests quite often because I am also cardiopathic, so my cardiologist requests them too sometimes. Since last year I have noticed that ALT, ALP and AST have been increasing, even if slowly, everytime I have a blood test they get a little higher. The last time I saw my hepatologist was January and he wasn't really concerned because they are still not too high. I have received the results of the blood test from January and also from the blood test I did in February (requested by my cardiologist) and the values are still increasing. I am really worried, especially because this last year I have actually been healthier, my diet is better and I have a drink or two just every 2/3 months (the junior doctor that I saw in January told me I can have up to 10 units of alcohol per week, now I am not sure if he knew what he was talking about lol). The only reason I can find is my ferritin being too high. I was a little anemic and I got told to take iron supplements, and now it is higher than it should. My next appointment with the hepatologist is on the 27th of July and probably I am gonna die of anxiety before lol. It's really annoying doing everything right and still getting worse 😭 Do you think that iron supplements can be the cause? Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks for reading this long post
