Happy and Healthy New year to everyone on this forum. I had blood work done yesterday. I'm sober again for about 4 months now after living in bars for about 6 months last year!
ALP is 142
AST is 65
ALT is 44
I'm bit scared and worried about AST and ALT ratio at this point. I'm not sure what to make out of it and will wait to hear back from my doctor. As per the internet it is an indication of cirrhosis.I'm still smoking cigarettes and plan to cut them out soon!

I have no count and or clue. I would take uber to the bar in the morning..drink..come back home sleep and then again go out in the afternoon till the bars close at night. I had no apetite for food and was just drinking n smoking
we’ll done you. Staying stopped can be hard, but it becomes much easier the longer your sober. Keep going 1 day at a time. Can’t help with musical stuff - new to this myself but not drinking is a massive health factor in itself
Sorry to trump you with a GGT of 1375 2 years ago. I've stopped drinking and levels are all normalising but I have scarred my liver. The main thing is to stay stopped, and keep your weight down. You're doing really well, keep going, one day at a time.
