I'm have anxiety and now that I've had mildly elevated ast and alt I'm going crazy over what the cause could be. My ast alt ratio is greater than 2 but maybe I'm just in denial but I didn't think I drank enough to have alcoholic liver disease. Now I'm just over analyzing every senerio. Could have been alot of ibuprofen use before rest or strenuous exercise and I don't want to downplay the seriousness of anyone else's situation. Just need to talk to someone.

Ibuprofen, particularly in substantial amounts can bump ALT higher and strenuous exercise definitely will pop AST high for up to a week.
When ever you get labs out of whack, a retest, typically at around 90 days is often wise, to see if your labs are trending up, down, or chronically elevated.
A little clean living, & easy on the workouts for at least a week before your retest, & I'm betting you'll see substantial improvement.
Best of Luck, & let us know how this turns out.
