Blood pressure post vaccine

Hi I don't know if this is related or just coincidence but has anyone noticed a rise in BP after covid vaccination? I had my 5th one on Saturday and BP raised. I normally have quite good BP.

I had a reaction to my latest vaccine. (Moderna bivalent) Never reacted to the others (mainly Pfizer). The leaflet said they should clear up by 2 weeks. When they didn’t I went to my GP who said it’s probably just a reaction to the vaccine but made referrals to a cardiac team. I think the vaccines can cause all sorts of symptoms but I now have antibodies so it was worth it.

Did it cause a reaction to your heart then?

That’s what they are looking into. My BP, ECG and bloods look fine but I had an episode of breathlessness, arm and jaw pain so they are being cautious and sending me for an angiogram. It’s probably just one of those things. It might be a coincidence that it was 15 days after the jab and the symptoms could all be nothing to do with my heart. I know what my husband thinks about the jaw ache!
