Tachycardia and fatty liver disease are associated with B12 deficiency. Do you know your B12 levels?

This article mentions that Dr Oben who’s a consultant at Guy’s and an academic at UCL’S liver institute things there’s a link between B12 and fatty liver disease:

The NHS has a page all about hypertension/high blood pressure which may be of use to you. As well as medications there are often lifestyle changes you can make that may lower your HBP. nhs.uk/conditions/high-bloo...

This is probably a totally different issue to your liver condition although as you have fatty liver - there may be a reason for both that is linked i.e. weight, diet - other causes.

Rather than keep prescribing pills they should also be looking to identify the cause of your issue and take steps to address that.

I know they should, I'm taking 4 different blood pressure tablets and my blood pressure is 156/94 so it has come down from what It was yesterday which was in the 180's

Are you doing ALL you can to tackle this? Your meds can only support your own efforts, you maybe need to make some lifestyle, diet and exercise changes too as detailed in the NHS Hypertension link above.

I doubt an increase in meds has improved it in this short space of time, maybe you are getting a bit of white coat syndrome / anxiety raising your BP when it's being taken.
