High Cholesterol?

A few weeks ago I had a scan following right upper back pain. It showed I had fat around the liver, I had bloods done and they came back normal.

I asked for my cholesterol to be checked but the doctor refused as I had it tested 3 years ago. I paid and had a check at Lloyds Pharmacy, he gave me the results but didn't really explain much just sat there and said interesting a lot. I know I probably should have asked more questions but have serious baby brain at the moment.

He also said my blood glucose test was low

Simple answer, eat healthily and exercise then you will lose weight, the fat around your liver and reduce your cholesterol.
