Eye condition

Hi all,

Long story. I had serious surgical complications a few years back and had to be vein fed - developed gallstones and very high liver enzymes. I had stones stuck in bile duct which caused occasional pain. Around the same time I developed an agonsising eye problem , aggressive episcleritis which gave me eye pain and very red eyes.

After 3 years I had an ERCP and gallstones were removed from duct. After 3 years of eye pain they have suddenly got better. My consultant did say it could be because liver is happier but he has a habit of deluding me. Has anyone any experience of this and what symptoms do High liver enzymes generally cause ? I am too scared to believe I’m cured if this eye condition as it’s been miserable on top of everything else the complications caused ( abdominal fistula ).
