After a bad relapse with alcohol my blood numbers had all gotten raised again, the doctors did tests and say while they are coming down and I don't have cirrhosis I shouldn't drink again and I have fatty liver. Other than staying off alcohol is there a diet I should be sticking too for this? While drinking my diet was also pretty unhealthy.

Unlike Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), the Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (AFLD) is quite easy to cure with two weeks without drinking alcohol.
For a healthy diet, you should stick to more veggies, fruits and chicken, instead of junk foods and red meat. Also, you should stay away from using sugar and salt.

It would be very good news if you could indeed cure alcohol related fatty liver disease within 2 weeks of stopping alcohol but sadly this is not the case for the majority of people. However stopping alcohol will most certainly help.
