Hi, I am struggling with diet as I am yet to receive my results and doctors advice after on my condition. I am vegetarian. Please advise, I can drink milk? If yes, low fat or plant based? I am not using sugar at all. Taking small meals 3 times a day. Trying to drink plenty of water. I still fell itchy on hands and feet at night with dull pain on upper right abdomen some times.

Hi SShally

There's a group on Facebook called 'Reverse Fatty Liver Support Group '..

There's loads of diet tips on there..

The Mediterranean Diet is the most widely (and clinically) recommended diet for Liver issues..

Hope this helps..

Best regards

Mark

How about exercise? You don't have to spend 2 hours at the gym lifting heavy weights every day, but 6000-10000 steps a day are what's scientific consensus seems to be.

Hi Mantana, thanks for replying back. I try to achieve at least 12,500 steps a day which includes 45 minutes of brisk walking. I am also doing some light stretching for 10 minutes per day. I am not sure I'd its enough
