Just wanted to reconnect after a bit of a blip and 7 weeks in kings college hospital. Im back home now and back in the waiting game for a transplant.

Because of the fantastic doctors and nurses at kings I’m back in the land of the living and very grateful.

Hope everyone is doing okay πŸ‘Œ

Stay safe all
