Just to say hi

I haven’t been posting or answering anything for a while enjoying a little stay at Kings College for a while, I had another gallstone try to get out so blue light back into EastSurrey hospital for a week and a bit until I got to complex’s they took me to the fabulous Kings College where they done a procedure to go down the throat and pull the gallstone out and put a stent in to help the last stone out so with any luck home this week unless they decide to do all the tests and put a new liver in. I think they want me home to rest and recoup then make there mind up what to do. So back on posting and replying 😀.

Hi Dogbot,

Good to hear from you again. Sounds like you may have had an ERCP procedure? We hope that you start to feel better very soon.

Best wishes.

Thanks Ashw88

No I’m still in kings college hospital but they are just trying to get my liver function down and I am home, mixed emotions about going home. Good back home in my own bed but then will have to go back to kings for all the tests. As against I’m in kings and could get all the tests done while I’m here but in hospital bed no sleep and getting worn down. So not sure what would be best 🤔.

I must admit I consider myself a very lucky man because of the network that I have behind me. But keep your head up and if ever you want a chat I’m on the end of a very slow text 🤣😂 good luck if I’m slower than normal it’s because they have me doing something or I’ve dozed off.

Oooh mattymoo 33

I hope you will never know what it’s like trying to pass gallstones 🙈. But luckily one more to go if they leave me to it , but with a bit of luck it will be happy just to stay there 🎉🎉🕺.

Hello Dogbot Gosh that was just like a blast from the past when you mentioned Kings I had all my treatments and procedures there, I am glad you feel OK now take care of yourself, whilst having one of my procedures they gave me the parting gift of Sepsis and e-coli, that meant 3 wks in hospital in Sussex and a time served with infusions every day until my infection levels fell below 5 I think it lasted about 6 wks, but at least the infusions were all done at home through a port. I leave you with all my very best wishes

Hi Paderico

Was the menu as small as it is now 😂. Mind you I have a stoma and allergies so might not mean the same 😂. But I have been waiting to see the stoma nurse for three days so just as lucky my wife comes up every day and we go to M&S 😜. Anyway I hope all is well and keep safe.

My husband is in East Surrey at the moment, with very poor kidney function, his 9th visit since January 2020. We have probably bumped into each other at some point Dogsbot, hope you are soon sorted in Kings and home in your own bed.
