Does anyone else get stomach pain about 2 inches to the right and above the belly button?

I keep reading that liver disease can cause stomach pain, and I understand RUQ pain, but not lower.

Anyone experience similar?

Hello Marcus, there are many issues that can cause stomach pain and none of us on here are qualified to speculate as to what it might be. Only your doctor will be best suited to tell you.

Sorry, can't be more helpful.

I do it can be really painful, when I asked the Specialist Liver Nurse she was baffled , I wonder if it was when I was holding a fenominal amount of fluid , once drained I lost 4 stone, maybe it caused a small hernia, sometimes it feels like a needle pain just above my belly button,
