We arn't meant to offer any comment on your scan results as we are not medically qualified to do so and interpretation of scans should be done by your doctor.
To offer some guidance thoug, the key point of your scan would seem to be the steatosis - which together with other aspects of your scan points to a severely fatty liver. There shouldn't be any fat in a healthy liver but fatty liver disease is on the increase in the western world - either due to alcohol or it's now more common neighbour Non Alcohol Related Fatty Liver Disease which I believe is now the most common cause of liver disease in the USA with the UK fast following suit.
Before you get your results discussed with doctor you might find the following couple of pages of use and hopefully you can tackle this condition - lifestyle changes may be required but as the scan gives no indication of advanced liver disease or scarring you should be able to help your liver and even potentially reverse this condition.
