Yellow skin

Why My Face is slightly yellow but my eyes are white .. First i think it was jaundice but i dont think so . Because if it is jaundice my eyes and skin will yellow . not only yellow.. Can someone tell me the issue .. Why My Skin Is yellow ? I also Attached Pic

Sorry Wahab. Photographs of any part of the anatomy are not permitted on this forum. You may think your skin looks yellow but it certainly doesn't in the photo. If you believe your skin is not the colour you are used to seeing, contact your doctor with any symptoms you may also have.Best wishes
