Can a problem with blood clotting from a cut,be linked in anyway to problems with any type of liver disease? Also,is it worth looking into checking own health of liver function,if close relative from liver cancer? (Non alcohol related). Thank you.

Blood clotting issues, low platelet levels can sometimes be linked with liver disease - usually tied in with an enlarged spleen.

Some simple blood tests would be a good place to start. The hereditory liver issue which most frequently leads to liver cancers is haemochromatosis and if there was a family history of this then additional tests would be worth having.
