Hi Everyone, I am new to Liver Trust, and have Liver Cirrohossis. I am wondering if anyone knows great supplements for aiding with Liver Cirrhosis and a program for dosages as an indication, please could you let me know. Thanks in advance.

There are no recommended supplements to help cirrhosis and the British Liver Trust totally advise against so called herbal and alternative therapies as these arn't tested rigorously, no safe dosages are established and some can infact be dangerous to your liver.

What is the cause of your liver cirrhosis, the only way to stop cirrhosis from getting worse and perhaps be able to reverse some is to tackle the underlying cause either with life style changes or medical treatment.

Please speak with your own liver team about your query, if you have cirrhosis it is very important to take specific medical guidance from your own doctors and never from a forum or the internet.

Thank you for the prompt and informative reply, I appreciate it. Great advice, which I will follow. I will check with my Liver Team. I am based in The Netherlands permanently, so the team is Dutch.
