Hi and welcome,
Have you been diagnosed with Non Alcohol Related Fatty liver disease?
We do have some useful information on Non-Alcohol related fatty liver disease (NAFLD):

We do also have a diet publication, however please do not that this is due to be updated and is for general use only:

If you have a liver condition, there are some special considerations you may need to make in your diet to stay nutritionally well and to help to manage your condition. Some of these are specific to certain liver diseases, others relate to how advanced your liver disease is. We therefore always suggest that people should discuss their specific dietary needs with their own doctors in the first instance.
Do you know what stage of NAFLD you have? The latest guidelines from NICE and the British Society of Gastroenterology highlights the need for an assessment of liver fibrosis ( stiffening/scarring) in patients who have NAFLD. You may want to discuss appropriate testing with your GP, this can be a FibroScan ( a special scan that estimates liver stiffness) or specific fibrosis blood tests like a Fib3- score blood test or an Enhanced Liver Fibrosis blood test.
You may want to make an appointment to discuss specific diet guidance and fibrosis testing with your own GP.
If you are in the UK and would like to chat about any of this information please call our nurse led helpline on 0800 652 7330 10 am to 3pm Mondays to Fridays
I have a little fat on the liver the doctor says it’s not that bad but I would like to reverse the condition
As we said in the reply, all diet advice is dependent on diagnosis and stage, we would suggest to discuss with your doctor first. Have a read of our publications for more information about your condition.
