Hi bigguy. Your above me abit mine was 328 , think we have to seriously cut down on weight. Eat good diet. I've just read that raw beets and lemon juice with mineral water 3 times a day is amazing for the liver fat. But it's only what I've read. Up the exercise if you can. Keep in touch with your progress. Chris
Have a read at the British Liver Trust page on Non Alcohol Related Fatty Liver Disease to see if there are any lifestyle changes you can make. The priority is to try and reduce that steatosis/fat. Your kPa score indicates about F2/F3 fibrosis so possible to reverse at this stage.

good news on the fibro I would say...reducing the fatty liver is a long term thing-can be done-as previously mentioned exercise and diet key. I tried the 5:2 diet a while back with good results....gets rid of visceral fat
well give it a go (5:2) -it's not for everyone but when I tried it about 7 years ago I lost about 10kgs in 6 weeks-I actually looked like a different person. Wish I'd stayed with it....
You need to change your lifestyle, eat healthily and exercise regularly and lose any excess weight. If you search my posts on here you will see what I eat and drink and what exercise I do. It can be done but takes time so no stupid diets etc. Good luck!
Choline supplements are supposed to be good for a fatty liver. But check with your specialist first if your ok to take it. Also immement fasting. Only eating 4 hours of the day the other nothing only water. Plain water. Obviously not every day. Maybe 3 times a week.. And can take 3 years or more to get liver sumat like. That's it u stick to a strict diet everyday. Plenty of fruit n veg and a little protein. Low carbs. N sugar. These are things I've found out. Just thought I'd help
10-4!!!!
Yeah if u can manage that. Someone I know with liver disease swore by it. Worth a try
Hi,
If you have a liver condition, there are some special considerations you may need to make in your diet to stay nutritionally well and to help to manage your condition. Some of these are specific to certain liver diseases, others relate to how advanced your liver disease is. We therefore always suggest that people should discuss their specific dietary needs with their own doctors in the first instance.
Your doctor may then be able to refer you to a hospital registered dietitian for more specific guidance.
Best wishes
