So my GP was on leave and I saw a locum.
He was alarmed at my shortness of breath but I practically ran from the bus stop as the bus was significantly late and I caught an earlier for exactly that reason. There's a gp surgery 5 mins from me but it's not in my area? but this one more than 2 miles away is...
Anyways he listened then listened to my chest and declared that it sounds reasonably clear. He stated that it's obviously an infection somewhere (fever 39.8) could be due to the gallstones which would explain the lower back pain, headache, stomach tenderness in the upper right, sore throat and cough so he prescribed penecillin and said to take paracetamol for the fever. I mentioned that I was told not to take paracetamol asprin etc due to the fatty liver and he just said it's not like I have anything serious like cirrosis 🙄😲 yeah and I'd like to keep it that way and make my liver better and throwing poison like paracetamol at it is not going to be good especially as I'm being so good diet wise - no fat, no sugar, no refined carbs mostly fish veg and fruit with a variety of plain nuts and seeds, plenty of ginger, tumeric and other good herbs and spices especially to have with m oats. I even have banana and I can't decide which I dislike more banana or fish 🥺 but I'm determined to make this better.
I want to try the c25c but I'm always so exhausted just getting to the bus stop is difficult most days so baby steps for now and more ginger, lemon and honey for my throat and cough.
Thanks for all the support you guys are all super amazing ❤️💕❣️
