Fuzzy head

Hello can I ask if anyone else has horrible fuzzy head, pounding heart beat, dizzy spells and all of a sudden you are so tired your legs just don't want to move.

I feel like this today, the last time was around 4 weeks ago, I even bloated out e every where at that time....I have the AIH PBC overlap and take mycophenolate, the dose was 2000mg twice per day, but last Monday, I had to drop the dose to half because of side effects. I am currently on budesofalk and ursodioxychloric acid as well.

I am having bloods done on Thursday because that's what the consultant asked me to do...I just feel unwell today..yes I know we have good and bad days but when we have bad days we certainly know about it. I just want some information please guys if you have experienced anything like this and if so,how did you resolve it.
