Morning everyone, so we all have good days and not so good days... it’s difficult to maintain a positive attitude.

Has anyone had or been offered counselling for coping with our life limiting health issues?

Havent had any but said a few times to family that i believe we should as our lives are not what they were.

Hi Sudio! There are always people close to you whom you can ask for help and discuss issues with. I always do this with my bf and find it really helping when I feel low. He is very supportive and always tells me that it's God's blessings that I survived. Hope this helps.
