I am not far off 3 years post but last few months I have been suffering with a pain every now and again what can only be described as muscle cramp on left hand side to the point I haven't been able to move sometimes I am just curious if anyone has had the same problem?
I have an appointment with my gp about it on Friday but as I say I want to see if its normal for post x

Hi jojo. Not me. All types of joint pain but not that one. Could it possibly be IBS or diverticulitis. Whatever it is , I hope it packs up.....and quick!!
Iβve got a pain in my left chest - but that was because I fell flat on my face trying to catch a ball when β playingβ (thatβs a joke) with the grandchildren. So I guess that doesnβt count.
Sorry Iβm not trying to make light of your pain - just didnβt want to say a flat No like I usually do....
Hope it gets better soon!

Sorry cannot comment on post TP pain but I did previously have pain in left and right side, mine was down to kidney infection as I have small cysts in both kidneys and IBS . Infection sorted with antibiotics and IBS with healthy diet!,
Whatever's causing your pain, my fingers are crossed it gets sorted soon!,
Mine is on my front on left it's so hard to describe exactly where it is on here lol but I know its not my kidneys and I have had ibs since a baby so I know it's not that but thanks my dear π
Xx hubby ended up in hospital a few days after his graduation, he has a brain injury and he had some cracking headaches I never seen him in so much pain so gp sent him to hospital ended up having a lumbar puncture it's been a bloody nightmare... I can handle being ill but I couldn't cope worrying about him it's crazy π€ͺ
He OK at the moment more testing to get to bottom of what caused them but meds he on have reduced the pain x
And I will let you know if they know what's going on with me π
jojokarak - no wonder you have pains! I'm sorry to read this. You have both been through such tough times that most will never experience, and both suffering the hardship of the other. I hope that this is the cause for both of you of your present sufferings, and that some rest and relaxation can put you both back on top. It took time to get a degree, and to get ill. Let it get time to get better and do restful things, often.
jojokarak - I'm sorry - even without head injury, students post-degree can struggle to adapt to the change in brain usage. Does he like comedy? There's some good new tv comedy. I'd be pleased if I could stay awake late enough to watch it. What's that about? We don't need to be cracking up laughing up to midnight? You are an amazing couple with your abilities to balance your own difficulties within a relationship. Best wishes.
I get cramp in my lower right abdomen where the drainage tube was inserted after tp. Especially when sitting down for long periods on public transport. I was told to suck it up by the docs. π³
I'm so sorry for all you and your boy have been through. I really have no idea, but I am wondering if it could possibly be scar tissue? I had pain after surgery and was told it was adhesions. I really hope you get it sorted out soon. π
It's what I was thinking x but it feels exactly the same as your calf muscle cramping and you know how painful that is and at least you can rub that ππ
I hope the gp has some answers π x
Hope your OK my dear sorry I not messaged you my head been up my arse especially with hubby not being well x
Please don't worry about it , I understand completely. I'll be in touch soon, have a lot going on as well, not health related thank goodness. You are the best! πβ€οΈ
