Just wondering anyone else had a really strange and quite abusive message on here in the last few days??

I haven't been about for a week and nip on today and boom lol just wondering if its just me who this person has taken a dis- like too 🤣🤣

Hi jojo. No, I've not had one. If I were to get an unpleasant and abusive message then I would report it. It's odd when you've not even been on here. The mind boggles

Hi Jojo report them to admin or screen shot it and post it publicly so everyone can see it. You shouldn’t have any horrible messages. Name and shame them my lovely. Jane xx

That is horrible and shocking. And to hide behind a screen to do something like that is shameful. Report it and let the admins do the job of blocking this deplorable person, they can see the IP address if nothing else.

When I look at the strengths of people on here overcoming monumental difficulties with grace, humour and kindness I can't help wondering, for nearly a whole second, what a poor, mean, ignorant life a person must have to send an abusive message to you. Hi Jojo, what drives people to be so nasty and vindictive. It saddens me to see what some people will do for kicks. Bootsandall is right, report it to Health Unlocked, and they can block the IP address. I have contacted them before, and they are very helpful.

Coco, I wasn't talking about anyone in particular, so I am bemused why you responded. I wasn't suggesting it was any of the regular contributors here. I think it was probably someone trolling. I always treat everyone here with the respect they deserve, and would only comment if provoked. We are all in the same boat, and should be kind and thoughtful towards others, as we would like others to treat us, even if we disagree with them.

Davianne - I think you might be mistaken unfortunately. I have seen screenshots from a “regular” that would surprise you. I have also had unpleasant PMs myself from a different “regular” poster. Should have done screenshots but preferred to delete at that time. I wouldn’t now. They would be winging their way to Trust1....

Not wanting to make this a big ping pong thread that goes on and on though, please, please, please. What I have said is straightforward and factual.

I am truly sorry you have had PM's that warranted screen shots, and you should have reported them, as I would. This is a great forum, with some lovely people, and long may it continue.😊😊😊

I had a response to a post I had put up about 1 month ago fro someone called sarassimo. Replied and checked profile and there was no one of that name on here. Strange but true. Some sad person picking on those not quite 100% able to fight back I reckon

There have been no reports that have come through to Admin- all reports go to both us and HU support. If you want to re-send the report then we can investigate ASAP and restrict the member. We won't tolerate any abuse on the forum.

Apologies, We are very confused why we did not receive the report as admin but glad that HU have sorted it- if you want to message me the name of the member i will be happy to investigate it also and restrict, if needed from the forum.
