Hi all just thought I'd say I've just had my liver biopsy now lying down for a few hours ! Procedure itself wasn't bad.. pain in my right shoulder is awful though lol. Hope your all as well as can be.

It’s possible that the pain is from the gas and if so, should dissipate shortly. Mention it to the doctors.

Cheers Mark.. yes you were right.. pain in shoulder has now gone completely.. just very sore around the liver area now but manageable with painkillers.

I’m glad to hear the biopsy wasn’t too bad ktan. I’m having mine tomorrow and was feeling a little anxious so that’s reassuring. I hope you don’t have too long to wait for results. Good luck. Padders

Thabks, It's really no big deal pretty much no pain at all during procedure apart from pinch with needle that nunbs the skin. The shoulder pain was abit painful but that soon faded within the hour. Extremely tired now not sure if that's related.
